All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders may take 2–5 days to arrive not including processing time. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped.
Our preferred carriers include UPS, FedEx Ground, and USPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and method of shipping.
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Catawba Island Candle to the shipping address. Once items have been delivered to the specific delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance and we are not responsible for theft.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Candle Care
Trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before and after every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed. This will eliminate the candle wick from smoking and prevent tunneling.
Always keep away from children and pets. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
